Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision amending the rules governing the electronic information system for loans and guarantees. The document was published on the Cabinet of Ministers’ official website.
Azerbaijan has introduced amendments to the document regulating how its electronic information system for loans and guarantees operates. Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the decision approving the changes.
The newly approved document supplements a Cabinet of Ministers decision dated December 4, 2023, numbered 434, which originally set out the operating rules for the electronic information system on loans and guarantees.
Under the new document, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security have been assigned specific tasks, with both agencies made responsible for implementing measures in line with the updated requirements.
These measures stem from obligations set out in a presidential decree signed by the President of Azerbaijan on September 12, 2018, numbered 263. That decree regulates the creation, management, integration and storage of state information resources, as well as a number of steps related to e-government.
