Azerbaijan imported 57,275 vehicles of various types in January-September, down both in value and volume from the same period last year, the State Customs Committee reported.
Azerbaijan’s car imports fell sharply in the first nine months of this year, according to the State Customs Committee. The total value of imported vehicles stood at $1,132,196,690, a drop of 29.3% compared with the same period last year.
The number of cars brought into the country also declined. The 57,275 vehicles imported over the nine months were 32.8% fewer than in the corresponding period of the previous year.
