Azerbaijan’s Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund will receive 1.1 billion manats from the state budget in 2027, according to the draft law “On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027”.
The allocation for the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund marks an increase from the 900 million manats set out in the 2026 budget draft. The rise means state funding for compulsory health insurance has grown by 200 million manats within a year.
Under the draft law, Azerbaijan’s state budget revenues for 2027 are projected at 39.254 billion manats, while expenditures are forecast at 42.4 billion manats.
