Azerbaijan’s 2027 state budget envelope projects the nominal average monthly wage will rise 8.7% to 1,288.30 manats. The figure for 2026 is forecast at 1,185.5 manats.
According to calculations in the budget envelope, the nominal average monthly wage is set to grow 8.7% between 2026 and 2027.
The same document outlines growth rates for spending on payments to the population. These outlays are projected to rise 9.2% compared with this year’s forecast and 10.9% compared with this year’s expected execution figures.
As a result, the pace of growth in payments to the population is set to outstrip the growth rate of the nominal average wage.
