Central Bank revokes another insurance agent’s license

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has revoked the insurance agent license held by Khadija Tarlan gizi Rahimli. The decision was taken because she failed to fix identified violations within the set deadline.

The license in question, numbered 080682, was issued to Khadija Tarlan gizi Rahimli on August 7, 2015. The decision to revoke the insurance agent license was made by the Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

According to a CBA statement, the license was cancelled under Article 107.1.2 of the Law “On Insurance Activity.” Under this provision, a license can be revoked if the holder fails to eliminate within the established deadline the circumstances that led to the suspension of their activity.
