Azerbaijan’s transport and warehousing sector generated 12.8166 billion manats in revenue between January and September, up 10% in real terms year-on-year, the State Statistics Committee reported.
According to the State Statistics Committee, businesses operating in the transport sector hauled a combined 183.0729 million tonnes of cargo over the period. That marks an increase of 5.3314 million tonnes, or 3%, compared with the same period last year.
Both freight volumes and sector revenue posted gains this year.
